Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at a reputable community health center in Philadelphia, PA. This outpatient role involves providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics, in a supportive clinical environment. Local candidates are preferred.

Job Description:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing (minimum 3-month commitment)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Options:
    • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Includes a 40-minute lunch break.
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day.
• Patient Type: Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients.
• Support Staff: Includes MAs, RNs, and administrative personnel.
• EMR System: Athena

Requirements:

• Discipline: MD/DO
• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Certifications: Board Certification, DEA, and BLS
• Experience: Previous outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required.
