Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Location: Pennsylvania

Job Description:

• Join a well-established community health center in Philadelphia, PA
• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics
• Local candidates are preferred

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing (minimum 3-month commitment)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Options:
    • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Includes a 40-minute lunch break
• Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
• Patient Type: Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients

Requirements:

• Discipline: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Certifications: Board Certified, DEA, and BLS
• Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred
• EMR Proficiency: Experience with Athena EMR is a plus

Support & Facility Information:

• Support Staff: Includes MAs, RNs, and administrative personnel
• Patient Demographics: Newborns to geriatrics
