Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Lane is seeking GNA's. This position offers $17.50 or more per hour and requires an active GNA license in Maryland. We are looking for full-time and part-time GNAs who are devoted and compassionate about their chosen career and have an active certification. Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, team players, and flexible.

Job Description

• Work throughout the nursing service area (i.e., nurses' stations, resident rooms, etc.)
• Move intermittently during working hours
• Be subject to frequent interruptions
• Interact with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances
• Handle situations involving hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel, and visitors
• Communicate with nursing personnel and other department personnel
• Work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and in other positions temporarily when necessary
• Be subject to call-back during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster, etc.)
• Attend and participate in continuing educational programs
• Be subject to
