$3000 sign-on bonus available for full-time Resident Concierge CNAs! Pay: $20 - $23 per hour for 12-hour shifts.

Are you looking for a rewarding career in nursing? We are currently searching for great people to join our team in our newly created Resident Concierge CNA position.

The Resident Concierge CNA role has been created in an effort to preserve rural healthcare and to create an environment that builds on our teams' strengths and passion for quality care. This includes a shift to lower staffing ratios to improve the quality and experience of long-term care for both residents and caregivers. The Resident Concierge CNA role will receive a higher compensation package, work with lower staffing ratios, and will receive comprehensive training in all non-licensed direct care duties, including housekeeping and dining services.

Job Description

• Perform activities of daily living for residents
• Observe changes in residents' conditions
• Ensure a safe environment
• Carry out general housekeeping duties
• Assist with meal service duties
• Maintain education and training

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
• Prior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
