Job Description

• Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Milbank by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals.
• Inspire your clinical team through creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
• Depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents receive an unparalleled standard of care.

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
• Nursing experience; preferable in the long-term care setting.
• Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
• Must reside in Milbank or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to Milbank, South Dakota.
