Job Description

• Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Milbank by administering medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents
• Utilize knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
