Location: Charlottesville, VA

Aya Healthcare is seeking a CRNA to assist with ongoing coverage.

Job Description:

• Contract length 3 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: 4 (10's), 3 (12's), 5 (8's)
• 1 rotating Saturday each month, NO CALL!
• Patient population 13-end of life
• Department Description: Level 1 trauma center
  • 60 CRNAs, 70 Attending anesthesiologists, 60 anesthesia residents
  • Covers 33 OR in the main OR, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, and 3-4 stand-alone GI center rooms
• EMR-Epic

Skills Required:

• Ability to perform spinal is a bonus if practicing in the Main OR
• Requires the ability to place and manage arterial lines
• Needs to be comfortably titrating vasoactive medication infusions (norepinephrine, phenylephrine, nicardipine, etc.)
• Cases not included: open heart/thoracic, peds, obstetrics, and performing peripheral nerve blocks

Compensation and Benefits:

• Travel expenses (Airfare, Lodging, and Car Rental) will be covered or reimbursed
• Malpractice insurance will be provided
• Pay Rate: $205.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit
