Dental Provider

Join our team as a Dental Provider in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This position offers a collaborative environment with support from a hygienist and dental assistant.

Job Description

• Schedule: Wednesday and Friday (8 am - 5 pm), extended hours on Thursday (8 am - 6 pm)
• Patients per day: 2 per hour, averaging 16 in a day
• Case/Procedure Experience includes:
  • No major procedures
  • Elimination of pain
  • Treating infections
  • Education and prevention
  • Acute emergency dental services: minor treatment and pain relief
  • Root canal therapy for youth (ages 6-18)
  • Tooth extractions
  • Temporary restorations and fillings
  • Periodontal therapy
• Referrals for major procedures will be made as necessary.
