Back in Motion PT, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is looking for a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to join our team!

Job Description

• Manage the physical therapy clinic, ensuring overall patient and employee satisfaction.
• Evaluate and treat patients, including daily patient therapy, documentation, and discharge.
• Oversee clinic staff, scheduling, and management to optimize operations.
• Develop relationships with referring physicians to sustain and develop referral sources.
• Drive key performance indicators such as units per hour, patient visits per case, and billing trends.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulations including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Participate in annual budget establishment and assessment of clinic needs.
• Recruit, select, and retain clinical and support staff while managing performance issues.
• Communicate regularly with staff through meetings and feedback sessions.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to secure referral sources.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
