- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and revise patient care plans based on assessment data and patient needs.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate activities of the healthcare team, and ensure continuity of care through effective communication.
- Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with policy, ensuring legibility and timeliness.

**Requirements**

- Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or compact RN licensure.
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired, with a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
