Job Description:

• Flexible scheduling: 4/10-hour shifts offered
• Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• FNP designation with AZ license eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
• Provider who is comfortable with a primarily adult patient panel
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
