Interventional Pulmonologist

The Division of OncoMedicine at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center (BMDACC) is actively recruiting an Interventional Pulmonologist to join our growing team on the Banner Gateway Medical Center Campus in Gilbert, AZ, and Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ. This is an exciting and exceptional opportunity to be part of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary Interventional Pulmonology program with a focus on oncologic patients.

Job Description:

• Join a team of 3 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to provide evidence-based care.
• Work in a team-based, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Pulmonology.
• Oncology experience/training preferred.
• Excellent clinical training and an interest in clinical research.
• Open to finishing fellows and experienced physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medical issues of patients with lung, esophageal, pleural, head and neck, mediastinal, and chest wall tumors.
• Perform preoperative assessment and bronchoscopic management of thoracic tumors.
• Collaborate with the oncology team using a multidisciplinary care model.
