Endoscopy Technician (Tech 2)

Job Description:

• Perform preventive maintenance and high-level disinfection of endoscopes and accessory equipment
• Set up procedure rooms and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Meet performance standards within a three-month probationary period
• Complete a skills checklist prior to the three-month evaluation
• Opportunity to advance to Tech (3) after 12 months' experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Certification, GED, Training, or Experience
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of experience as a Nursing Care Technician, Medical/Surgical Assistant, or Central Service Technician/Clinical Partner
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working as a Tech I for more than 6 months
• CNA certification preferred
• Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years

Professional Development:

• Estimated pay range: $16.52 - $21.48 per hour, depending on experience
