Invasive Cardiovascular Tech 1, Cardiac Cath Lab, $25000 Bonus,FT

Job Description:

• Provide proficient technical support by assisting the physician with patient preparation, intra and post-interventional/surgical procedures.
• Manage supplies and devices, oversee physiologic patient monitoring, and assist with direct patient care.
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment as well as specialized imaging and technical equipment used for procedures.
• Act as a patient/family educator, advocate, and liaison.

Requirements:

• Associate of Science required.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist from an accredited school of Radiological Technology and current Florida license.
• Bachelor of Science preferred.
• BLS, Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credentials and advanced certification required (VI, CV, CT, MR, CI or US for IVR or RCIS or RCES for Cath Lab) or three years of experience may be substituted for advanced certification.
• Complete a minimum of 12 CEUs annually (10 CEUs must be CV related).
