Invasive Radiological Technologist

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida

Job Description:

• Provide fundamental technical support by assisting the physician with patient preparation, intra and post-interventional/surgical procedures
• Manage supplies and devices
• Conduct physiologic patient monitoring and assist with direct patient care
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely and effectively
• Utilize specialized imaging and technical equipment for procedures
• Serve as a patient/family educator, advocate, and liaison

Requirements:

• Associate of Science required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist with current Florida license
• Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credentials with proof of eligibility for advanced certification required upon completion of one year full-time work experience in interventional cardiovascular services
• Complete a minimum of 12 CEUs annually (10 CEUs must be CV related)
• Basic Life Support certification

Professional Development:

• Estimated pay range for this position is $33.58 - $47.01 per hour, depending on experience
