Radiologic Technologist

Location: South Florida

Job Description:

• Provides a variety of mammographic procedures on women and men following established protocols
• Performs bone densitometry studies
• Ensures quality radiographs and follows radiation protection standards
• Participates in the department continuous quality improvement process
• Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients

Requirements:

• High School diploma, certificate, GED, training, or experience required
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
• Basic Life Support certification
• Certified Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate of an approved AMA Council of Education program in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT eligible for Mammography
• Minimum required experience: Less than 1 year
