    Job Description:

    • Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging under the general direction of a physician, including fluoroscopy for all age groups served by the entity, ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved.
    • Participates in the department quality improvement processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
    • Supports department's patient workflow, which may include front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient intake, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma, certification, GED, training, or experience.
    • Basic Life Support certification.
    • Certified Radiologic Technologist.
    • ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.
    • Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
    • Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.
    • ARRT Radiography certified or eligible.
    • Competency in skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, and front desk duties, including quick registration, may be required based on departmental needs.
    • Must possess change agility and flexibility.
