    Job Description:

    • Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including fluoroscopy under the general direction of a physician for all age groups served by the entity ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved.
    • Participates in the department's quality improvement processes ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
    • Supports department's patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Basic Life Support certification
    • Certified Radiologic Technologist
    • ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
    • Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology
    • Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred
    • ARRT Radiography certified or eligible
    • Competency in skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration, etc. may be required
    • Change agility and flexibility a must
