    Job Description:

    • Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging under the general direction of a physician, including fluoroscopy for all age groups served by the entity, ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved.
    • Participates in the department's quality improvement processes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Supports departmental patient workflow, which may include front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient intake information, and other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience.
    • Licenses & Certifications:
      • Basic Life Support
      • Certified Radiologic Technologist
      • ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
    • Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
    • Six months of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
    • Competence in skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, and front desk duties, including quick registration, may be required depending on departmental business needs.
    • Change agility and flexibility are a must.
