Job Description:

• Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging under the general direction of a physician, including fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved.
• Participates in the department quality improvement processes ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Supports department's patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take information, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, training or experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.
• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• ARRT Radiography certified or eligible.
• Competence in skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration.
• Change agility and flexibility a must.
• Minimum Required Experience: Less than 1 year (New Grads are welcome).
