Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT! Compact licensure from other states will suffice. The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Job Description

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
• COVID-19 vaccine is required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring.

• Shifts available: FT / PT / PRN 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am (every other weekend required).
