Job Opportunity
- ASAP 2024 start! Credentialing turnaround in 2-4 weeks
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No late clinic hours, no 12-hour shifts, no after-hours charting or call
- Good work/life balance. Time built in for admin time
- Will travel between four clinic locations (will not typically work at more than one location per day)

- Provider will function independently to assess, diagnose, and treat or recommend courses of treatment for adult diseases, with particular emphasis on disorders of the endocrine system and metabolism
- Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs
- Formulates and implements comprehensive outcomes-based patient treatment plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based medicine, standards of care, professional practice guidelines, and in partnership with physicians when appropriate
- This is a well-supported position, partnering with Primary Care Physicians, Clinical Pharmacist, Care Navigators, and RNs in a collaborative care model
- Treats and examines patients and makes diagnoses for illnesses in the thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, and hypothalamus glands
- Treats diseases and conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol imbalances, osteoporosis, and cancers of the endocrine glands
- Prescribes, recommends, and/or employs medical drug therapies or other forms of related therapeutic treatments and procedures
- Counsels patients and families regarding medical processes, management of health illness/condition, medication, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes that can positively influence their health conditions
