Job Description

• Join an established, stable, hospital-employed group of 14 physicians and 25 CRNAs.
• Diverse surgical population which includes cardiac, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and most surgical specialties.
• Opportunity for a wide range of shifts including extra shifts at premium pay for those interested.
• Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team is the predominant model with CRNAs encouraged to be part of the full spectrum of care including neuraxial, regional, and invasive line placement.
• Supportive environment for new graduates.
• Salary Range: $260,000 - $290,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
• Sign-on Bonus up to $85,000.

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification.
• New York State Licensure.
• BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required.
