Job Description

• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional outpatient practice, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• No OB
• Generative AI Scribes offered to all Primary Care Physicians to help decrease time and stress associated with notes
• Innovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers inbaskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacation
• Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients
• Salary range: $320,000 to $347,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
• Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
• Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
• Loan repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs

Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board eligible or board certified
• NYS licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required
• DEA required
