Job Description
- Join an established group of neurologists in an academic setting
- Opportunity to develop a neurology subspecialty program
- Anticipated mix of specialty and general neurology, with at least 50% of the time in neuromuscular
- Mostly in-person outpatient clinic with opportunity for some remote tele-neurology
- Opportunity for academic appointment at Columbia University and teaching Bassett IM Residents & Columbia-Bassett Medical Students
- Inpatient & outpatient tele-neurology support from University of Rochester
- Very limited call; 2-4 days per month
- Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
- EMR-EPIC
- Salary range: $240,000 - $340,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
- Bassett offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.

Requirements
- MD, DO or MBBS
- Board eligible or board certified
- New York State licensure
- BLS certification required
- Required stroke experience; reading EEG and/or performing EMG desirable
- DEA required
