    Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our staff.

    $60,000 residency stipend, generous sign-on bonus, competitive compensation package, and visa sponsorship available.

    Job Description

    • Join an established group of 3 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians
    • 180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
    • Instant referral base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians
    • Full support staff including APCs with surgical residents and medical student interaction
    • Call responsibility limited to primary hospital with APCs taking 1st inpatient call
    • State of the art ORs with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System
    • Salary range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
    • Bassett offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
    • Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
    • Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws.

    Requirements

    • MD, DO or MBBS
    • Board eligible or board certified
    • New York State licensure
    • BLS certification required
    • DEA required

    Compensation Information

    $515,000.00 / Annually - $619,000.00 / Annually
