Physician Assistant - General Surgery Surgical Oncology/Breast

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Physician Assistant for our Division of General Surgery to join our staff at our Cooperstown, NY location.

Job Description

• Join an established General Surgery group of 10 Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Responsibilities will include clinic, hospital, and call coverage
• Previous surgical experience preferred (3-5 years) in breast surgery comprehensive patient care
• Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
• Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000

Requirements

• National Certification as a Physician Assistant
• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification
• DEA Required
