    Job Description:

    We are looking for a caring and compassionate Licensed Clinician to support children, youth, and families at our Plymouth Family Resource Center (PFRC). This free community-based center gives you the opportunity to wrap around children and families most in need in our communities and truly make a difference.

    • Bring families together with their communities through fun and educational community events.
    • Assist families in real time with immediate needs.
    • Collaborate with community partners.
    • Work with a dedicated and compassionate team including family partners, education coordinators, and family support workers.
    • Support youth and family involved in the court system.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Mental Health or closely related field required
    • Must have MA state professional license at the independent level; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for renewal
    • Minimum 5 years counseling experience, 3 years post licensure experience
    • Must demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of clinical theory and practice

    Professional Skills:

    • Identify needs of abused and neglected children and adults
    • Understand child development and individual and family functioning
    • Engage difficult to reach, traumatized, or disengaged individuals and families
    • Work with individuals with co-occurring, mental health and substance use conditions
    • Collaborate with other disciplines and services
