Trauma Specialist Clinician
Location: Quincy Center, Massachusetts
Job Description:
- Part Time Available, 20 and 24 hours. Must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings up until 7 p.m.
- Provide evidence-based treatment to support survivors of abuse.
- Exciting opportunities exist for clinicians motivated to expand their clinical skills.
- Offer evidence-based treatments such as TF-CBT in the treatment of PTSD and other trauma-related disorders.
- Complete thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family sessions.
- Collaborate with clients' foster parents/biological parents, teachers, doctors, etc., to maintain an interdisciplinary team approach to care.
- Initiate, build, and maintain relationships based on trust and respect.
- Perform case management duties, including treatment plan monitoring, advocacy, referral, and linkage to other needed services and crisis interventions.
- Moderate to advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience providing services using video-conferencing platforms preferred.
- Advocate for clients in areas of health, education, vocation, legal, and family interactions.
- Provide case management services/collaboration with child-serving systems.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
- Must be license eligible in professional discipline (i.e., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) and meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual's professional discipline.
- Certification and/or previous training in evidence-based practices for the treatment of trauma preferred.
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by the program.
