Job Description:

• Major not-for-profit Health System is a fully integrated healthcare system serving northwest/central North Dakota and Eastern Montana.
• Tertiary care hospital of 251 beds, close to a dozen rural health clinics, and a long-term care facility.
• Provides a full complement of healthcare services to the region.
• NorthStar Criticair helicopter provides critical care transport within a 150-mile radius.
• Verified Level 2 Trauma Center.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hospital Employed
• Base Salary 1 - 3 years of experience: $500,000
• Base Salary 4+ years of experience: $600,000
• Practice Commencement Bonus: $75,000
• Retention bonus: $100,000
