    Job Description:

    • Assists the Director/Manager in ensuring proper day-to-day operations.
    • Serves as a resource for team members in Nuclear Medicine.
    • Ensures compliance with policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Responsible for interacting with radiologists to modify exam protocols and distribute changes.
    • Creates and maintains team schedules; assures compliance with Regulatory agencies.
    • Ensures customer service and quality standards are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and organize workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and safety.
    • Develop and monitor process improvements and take action where appropriate.
    • Train new and current team members and students.
    • Complete departmental processes for resulting and documentation of exams.
    • Prepare, document, and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
    • Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures according to established protocols.
    • Maintain appropriate storage and ordering of supplies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum two years in a related field.
    • Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Able to maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

    Credentials:

    • ARRT-N - Nuclear Medicine Technology

    Education:

    • Associate's Degree in related field

    Compensation:

    • Entry: USD $33.78/Hr.
    • Expert: USD $52.36/Hr.
