    Job Description:

    • Assist the Director/Manager in the technical management by ensuring proper day-to-day operations of the area.
    • Serve as a resource person for team members.
    • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Problem solve, teach, train, and communicate effectively.
    • Act as the technical expert for Radiologic Imaging, interacting with radiologists to modify exam protocols.
    • Create and maintain team schedules; ensure compliance with Regulatory agencies such as the Joint Commission and the American College of Radiology.
    • Ensure customer service and quality standards are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and organize workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in the development of PDCA systems to implement and monitor process improvements.
    • Ensure team members maintain departmental policies/procedures, and adhere to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards/requirements.
    • Train new and current team members and students.
    • Provide feedback to leadership about team members' performance.
    • Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of all radiographic equipment within the department.
    • Perform all routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures including surgical and portable examinations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum two years in a related field.
    • Able to communicate effectively, pleasantly, cooperatively, and discreetly with patients, physicians, team members, and the general public.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training, and experience.
    • Required to rotate to any shift; be assigned to any Beebe Imaging facility; rotate in an on-call schedule.

    Competencies and Skills:

    • Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to keep confidential information regarding patients, team members.
    • Ability to withstand crisis situations.
    • Skills to provide customer service to patients, team members, and visitors.
    • Knowledge and experience with electronic health records.

    Credentials:

    • ARRT-RT - Radiological Tech

    Education:

    • Associate's Degree in related field

    Compensation:

    • Entry: USD $33.78/Hr.
    • Expert: USD $52.36/Hr.
