Job Description:
- Provide pharmaceutical, administrative, and clinical pharmacy services to both inpatient and outpatient patients
- Review physician orders in the Oncology EMR for correctness based on standards of care
- Prepare, oversee, and manage the safe and correct preparation of all medications for administration to patients
- Evaluate and manage inventory to assure the pharmacy will have sufficient supplies
- Educate staff, nurses, physicians, and patients on the use of antineoplastic medications and supportive therapies
- Advise and consult with patients and families, and medical and nursing staff

Qualifications:
- Understanding of Pharmacy practice, federal & state laws, pharmacology with an emphasis on antineoplastic therapies
- Competency and familiarity with various computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to prepare medications as ordered either by compounding or in a USP Chapter 797/800 clean room
- 1 year post-graduate clinical oncology and infusion preferred

- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to keep confidential information regarding patients and team members
- Ability to withstand crisis situations
- Provides customer service to patients, team members, and visitors
Credentials:
- PHARM - Pharmacist
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Compensation:
- Entry: USD $55.33/Hr
- Expert: USD $85.76/Hr
