Job Description

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee, and organization as a whole.
• Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions team members through approved supervision activities.
• Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites.
• Utilizes the science of behavior analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, and other family members while reducing problem behaviors.
• Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training, and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate.

Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• Behavior Specialist License (for Pennsylvania applicants).
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3 PM (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic.
• Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10 lbs. constantly, 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
