    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Join our team - we're hiring for an experienced BCBA at our treatment center in Littleton, Colorado!

    Job Description

    • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members.
    • Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

    Requirements

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary: Earn between $78,000 - $90,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
    • Earn up to $18,000 a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
