Job Description:
- Provide individual and family therapy to children ranging in age from 5-18 years old.
- Meet the program's productivity target for billable service each week.
- Provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and their families, as well as transitional-aged young adults and new mothers of any age.
- Services include individual, group, and family therapy, assessment and diagnosis, parent guidance, information and referral, advocacy, crisis intervention, and crisis coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional clinical services, including biopsychosocial assessment, treatment plans and review, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, consultation, aftercare planning, and termination reports.
- Collaborate with respective treatment team members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs in a timely and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Valid Ohio LSW or LPC required. LISW or LPCC preferred.
- Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes, and abilities.
- Experience with DBT and/or Play Therapy is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in individual, family, and group therapy.
- Experience working with LGBTQ, military population, and/or drug & alcohol and/or Autism assessment and treatment is a plus.
