Job Description

• Provide patient care primarily in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
• Work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care.
• Incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork.

Requirements

• Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.
