Job Description

• Work primarily in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Collaborate with skilled clinicians in care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care.
• Incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork.

Requirements

• Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
