Job Description

• Work primarily in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and long-term care (LTC), with additional care provided in assisted living facilities (ALF) and intermediate care facilities (IFL).
• Collaborate with skilled clinicians in care teams to provide the highest level of excellence in patient care.
• Enjoy a flexible on-call schedule as a PRN employee.

Requirements

• Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota.
