Job Description

• Work primarily in SNF/LTC settings, but also provide care in ALF/IFL and home health.
• Collaborate with skilled clinicians in care teams focused on providing the highest level of excellence in patient care.
• Incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork.

Requirements

• Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota.
