Job Description

• Provide care primarily to the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care.
• Incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork.

Requirements

• Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Communication Sciences & Disorders graduate program.
• Must have, or be eligible for licensing in Minnesota.
