Job Description

• Collaborate with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
• Utilize the nursing process to support residents' mental and physical well-being.
• Serve as a clinical role model and resource for your colleagues.

Requirements

• A current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa.
• CPR certification (required within six months of hire).
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
