Job Description

• Deliver the full spectrum of EAP services, which includes counseling, work site training, crisis services, assessments, and referrals.
• Work closely with employers and the management team of an organization as well as individual employees and their dependents.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy for a variety of life issues.
• Quickly assess and work within a solution-focused environment.
• Work both independently and as an effective member of the team.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• Current Utah State License in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC licensing).
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Work Schedule

• Evenings/part-time position (Office is closed Sundays).
• This position is structured with a 90-day probationary period.
