Job Description

• Deliver the full spectrum of EAP services, which includes counseling, work site training, crisis services, assessments, and referrals.
• Work closely with employers and the management team of an organization as well as individual employees and their dependents.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy for a variety of life issues.
• Quickly assess and work within a solution-focused environment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• Current Utah State License in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, and Mental Health Therapist licensing.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work both independently and as an effective member of the team.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available (Office is closed Sundays).
• This position is structured with a 90-day probationary period.
• Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week.
• Various shift options: 10 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday.

• Orem, UT 84057: Relocate before starting work (Required).
