    Job Description

    • Seeking an experienced and passionate nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership role as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS).
    • Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is part of Marquis Health Services, one of the Northeast's leading providers of Post-Acute Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Care.

    Requirements

    • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
    • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
    • Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting.
    • Must have experience in supervision and principles, the practice of teaching, etc.
    • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
    • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures in a skilled nursing setting.
    • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
    • Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
    • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
    • Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine, or medical exemption).
