PT Physical Therapist Blythe, California

Location: Blythe, California

Job Description:

• Work in a correctional facility providing Physical Therapy services
• Full-time contract for 6 to 9 months, eligible for extension
• Schedule: 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 04:30 pm

Requirements:

• Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institutions
• Clinical competencies must be current
• Valid Photo ID Driver's License or Passport
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid California PT license hard copy

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients upon physician referral and order
• Offer Physical Therapy services in cases where the patient/youth is seeking treatment for an existing and documented diagnosis
