Physical Therapist

Location: Chowchilla, California

Job Description:

• Provide Physical Therapy services within a correctional facility
• Perform in accordance with the CDCR Institution/Facilities policies and procedures
• Deliver services upon physician referral and order
• Provide direct access to Physical Therapy services for existing and documented diagnoses

Schedule:

• 6 to 9 months Full-Time Contract, eligible for extension
• Monday - Friday: 07:30am - 04:00pm
• Tuesday/Thursday: 08:00am - 02:30pm

Requirements:

• Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years in direct patient care in public or private institutions
• Clinical competencies must be current
• Valid Photo ID Driver's License or Passport (Required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid California PT license hard copy (Required)
