Physical Therapist

Location: Jamestown, California

Job Description:

• Perform in accordance with the CDCR Institution/Facilities policies and procedures and consistent with generally accepted evidence-based Physical Therapy practices.
• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients upon physician referral and order.
• Offer Physical Therapy services in cases where the patient/youth is seeking Physical Therapy for an existing and documented diagnosis.

Requirements:

• Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institutions. Clinical competencies must be current.
• Valid Photo ID Driver's License or Passport.
• Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid California PT license hard copy.
