Job Description:

• Position is open to experienced and new grad physicians with a passion for primary care
• Physician will be caring for patients of all ages
• Full-time position - flexible to either 4-10's or 5-8's - 36 clinical/4 hours admin weekly
• 18-20 patients per day, depending on patient need, after ramp-up period
• EPIC EMR and MyChart for telehealth/virtual health
• 100% outpatient, no hospital responsibility
• Call schedule is 1 day per week, and rotating weekends, shared by the practice provider team
• 1:1 NP:CMA/LPN ratio
• 1 Physician/Medical Director and 2 APC in practice - available for support and mentorship
