Job Description:
- Provide clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical, and environmental difficulties.
- Perform psychosocial and risk assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop and implement interventions and treatment plans.
- Participate in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans and collaborate with the health care team and community agencies to plan, implement, and follow up on treatment and provision of needed services.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, an LCSW or LICSW is required.
- Strong clinical skills and experience with various therapeutic modalities.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Additional Information:
This position is 100% onsite. Overnights, every other Friday and Saturday, 9:30 PM - 8 AM. This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus!
